Thylacoleo Saddle removed from Supply Beacons?

My friends and I have been playing a private server for a couple weeks now and have yet to see a Thylacoleo Saddle or Blueprint from beacons, but supposedly they should drop from yellow and red ones.
Does anyone know if this is actually true as the wiki says, or do I need to modify the drop tables to add them in?

Tried spawning in a bunch of yellows with admin commands and still no saddle.

I have seen them in the underwater caves

I've gotten one from cave Loot on scorched Earth

They're from yellow/red underwater/advanced cave drops.

i have gotten them fro red drops on rag, not sure if that helps, have gotten both saddles as well as 1 bp, but they do seem to be a bit rarer then others

That does help a bit. If beacons ahve the same loot tables across maps, then it probably means they were upped to red quality only. Tomorrow I'll try admin spawning reds and see what comes out.
