Wind turbine?

any tricks with windturbines guys? im in a 40% wind area. Does placing more make any differance?

No. That % means how often the wind is blowing, either on or off. Having more doesnt affect it if there's no wind blowing.

i know that 40% mean i get wind 40% of the time but it says on wiki placing turbines facing differant directions makes a differance to low areas

I've tried that in solo play before just testing and placing 20 turbines everywhere in the same area all facing different directions and they all go on/off exactly the same time.

I had the same experience as Maireen. I even conntected smaller "groups" of turbines/generators. Where 1 generator was connected to 1 turbine and not connected to each other, in the same area. All of the generators would kick on at the same time.

after some research ive found placing them at differant times of the day makes them come on and off and differant times...plus stacking 40% power
