Cannot build inside skeleton

For the 3rd time me and some friends rented an ARK server and we are now playing on the Ragnarok map. We found a cool place to build a base, and we want to build some things inside a giant skeleton as well, however I can't place anything there. The building outline is blue, as if it is a legal place to build, but it simply won't place it when you click. I have already set AllowCaveBuildingPvE=True in the GameUserSettings.ini but still I can't build there.

Anyone has an idea what else I must to in order to be able to build there?

its not a cave its a mineable object.. in short you can build over it but not in it

Its not an issue of cave building. Its an issue of enabling the setting to build where beacons drop I believe.

Ragnarok has many spots where its not allowed to build. Its map specific.

Its mainly beacon and ruins related. Just have to turn off those settings and its not a problem.

Can you point me to any specific settings to turn them off?

PvEAllowStructuresAtSupplyDrops=true

I have put that line in the GameUserSettings.ini below [ServerSettings] and it seems to work! Thanks for the help!
