Is there a beacon that DROPS in the WATER on Rag?

As the title says, is there one? If so, where? I'd like to transfer a Basilo over to Rag, but it seems the beacons only drop NEAR the water.

There are underwater drop pods, but they don't *drop* into the water, they simply spawn somewhere.

Your most reliable option would be to build yourself up on Ragnarok to the point that you can put a transmitter underwater and use that instead of looking for a drop pod.

At that point transferring a basilo seems moot as he could tame another more quickly I would think.

You mean underwater loot crates or beacons?

The loot crates. Far as I know they function exactly like drop pods or cave drops when it comes to using them as transmitters.
