Tamed Dino Stats per level:
Health: 0.2
Damage:0.17
Tamed Dino Add per level
Health: 0.14
Damage 0.14
Tamed Dino Affinity:
Health 0.44
Damage 0.44
All other stats are 1.0. Wild dinos stats are all 1.0 I think...
Not 100% sure so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

All 1.0 I think. Again I stand to be corrected on all those numbers, just got them from a quick google.
why did they make it 0.14 for tamed?
Make a test world, set them to 1.0, spawn in a perfectly tamed Rex and see for yourself.
And that is without breeding etc (in other words, perfect stats), and not even considering more powerfull tames like giga's/reapers/mana's etc
I was comparing to the wild dino though somehow they have multiplier 1.0 instead of point zero
