Ragnarok metal farming, help!
I can't find a stationary place to farm metal, they're all stupidly scattered in little clusters, is there a place like the top of a mountain in particular? I can't even craft anything tek or high level because it's around 2500+ metal ingots... Please help.

There is a cave with a lot of metal in it, its walled up. If someone doesn't send a sreen shot I will with coords in a bit. Getting food atm.

The best method is going to the canyon. There are metal nodes on the tops of most of the pires there.

I use a quetz with an anky to collect them. But you could go with a weight bird and. A few pockaxes too

Is there a way to go there by foot? My server has the mytitano mod (permanent, breedable and farming titano) but on ragnarok it's wasted since you don't get metal at all... :( i'm needing a place i can reach by walk and not too narrow

The cave hes talking of I think is the old Swamp spawn point that was changed, If you look slightly away from it you see water as thats always rendered, Just hack at the 7 stones around it its a huge entrance once cleared & has a fair few rocks, Plenty yes but most are the low end iron rocks.... The best concentration of high end metal nodes ive seen run along the caost opposite to Viking bay, About 40 rocks in total 80% of which can be reached on foot....

there's also a small ravine with numerous poor metal nodes located by the 3 waterfalls by the ashlands

There's a decent spot with many metal nodes right at the north coast, north-west from viking bay. Just wander northwest from viking bay along the shore, there's also kind of a half open stone dome there you can't miss it.

Very nice!!! Thank you so much, saw on reddit the same place suggested, but didn't know if it was that good

I think that's a pretty good starter spot, you've got tons of wood, stone and also metal there, viking bay is a few minutes away and you are directly at the shore so you can start to tame sea mounts.
Also, there's a pretty cool underwater cave for your water dinos right under this spot, can be closed with one behemoth. And if you dive even deeper you'll find the secret crystal world which is imo one of the best pvp base spots on Ragnarok.
Only thing to mention is beware of the mossas, seems to me that right where mentioned cave is there's also a mossa spawn point, also alpha mossas spawn frequently there (awesome for XP).

Considering the server i own recruited me the first time as a water tamer, and an expecially obsessed with mosasaurs one (i'm breeding them), also considering the crystal world is going to be so much good with the vac tek chambers not to mention viking's bay being a nice black pearl farmer, i think i'll start to march to that place~

Then this is your place :)

Some tips:
Don´t use the vac chambers in the crystal world, you´ve got air down there and also underwater metal nodes which won´t respawn if you build next to them. I used to farm these nodes with a Dunkle before i brought an Anky egg down (they now can farm underwater and got decent oxygen).
Basilos will take tamage in the crystal world cause it´s to deep so you can´t park them down there, that´s what the second underwater cave is for, Basis are ok and it´s big enough to build a 2x2x2 vac chamber there and even breed Mosas.
Do as many ice cave runs as you can, it´s super easy to get there with a Griffin from said spot. Don´t do the ice worm queen it´s not worth the effort imo (it doesn´t gives you loot like the lava golem, just the red drops in the queen arena), just run everthing else where the normal iceworms are and then circle back. Use a metal shield and a good shotgun then the worms are doable even alone. You get 5 red drops for sure with this run and some blue or yellow drops outside where the bears are and you also get deathworm horns pretty fast so you can tame some mantis. But what you´re out for are the red drops, i get mc or asc mosa, plesi and tuso saddles every other run there.

there is quite enough metal spawns the issue i seem to have most on my single player is there respawn rate in all honesty. any thing outside of bushes and trees feels like murder murder snow. and im talking about murder murder snow when you frist find it when you making a scouting mission on a ptr and suddenly your health mealts to nothing in under a secound.

The problem with SP is: Once you exit the world will stop, so the respawn timer only ticks if you´re actually playing which can be very annoying not only for harvesting but also farming from your crop plots, dino eggs for kibble, etc. When you play on a dedicated server the world won´t stop.
