TEK grenade

Can someone explain me what it need for?
I mean lets compare it to regular grenade, not even cluster.
Damage to creatures:
tek 300, regular 750 (information from wiki)
And it doesnt damage structures well too.
tek grenade is better only in one way - its capable to deal ~300 dmg to tek structures, but its not a lot of damage anyway.
So...what is used for?
It has less damage, more cost and requies tekgramm to equip, with all that being said its actually WEAKER than primitive grenade.
or im missing the point somewhere?

Isnt it quite obvious? You just destroy TEK structures with it

Isnt it quite obvious? You just destroy TEK structures with it

I dont think it is most efficient way, considering damage output and crafting cost

It might not be the most efficient but it comes handy in some situations

Dont quote me on this but I think I remember someone doing some testing with grenade damage on players. Thought the outcome was that Armor Values can reduce the amount of damage you take from a grenade blast with the Tek Grenade having ALOT more penetration than the regular primitive grenade. Gonna have to test it for yourself though cause im not 100% sure on that topic.

I see this though. Sticky grenades are very useful in pvp. Using a few to kill ppl in raids, etc. Can be very useful in pvp.
