Thylacoleo Taming.

So with the new Titanboa taming the Thylacoleo has a kibble they will eat. However as i am taming one on a unofficial server with 15x taming. The kibble is only giving 3% Tame where as the cooked lamb is giving it 7% Tame. When both are in its inventory it chooses to eat the cooked lamb over the kibble. So it would seem the kibble is not worth it just keep using cooked lamb.

Honestly all meat eater kibble is still inferior to mutton

You would think kibble should be better for the perfect tame however it appears this is not the case with these kats

You got any mods that effect kibble on this server? At those rates it should have tamed with one piece of kibble, so something’s borked.

No mods that effect kibble taming at all. I think its a bug since titanbao eggs are fairly new. Before the titanbao kibble was a thing cooked lamb was its perfered food, and still is even with the kibble.

No, not at all, titanoboa kibble has always been in the game and has always been the Thylas preferred food since its introduction, not sure where you’re getting your information from there. I would strongly suspect this to be a mod issue.

You could get the eggs and kibble long before you could tame them. Wilds do lay eggs after all.

Well this is true titanbao's do lay eggs in the wild. However i been taming these thingss for ssome time in recent weeks and the wiki had always suggested cooked lamb be their perfered food. Only recently the wiki stated titanbao kibble be their perfered food. Anyways its not good for taming as i stated before you only get 3% tame where as cooked lamb gives 7% tame.

On x15 servers...you can use prime meat for all and will reach 99% (which normally is only possible with kibble).
So i don't understand your question... with the high rates of your server ,there shouldn't be a difference... you anyway get 50% of the dinos level additionally... So if your taming a 150...it results in a 224 anyway.
