I open dropes and my game crashes

EVERYTIME i open a drop, oby or tek transmitter it freezes and kicks me out to the main menu. How do i fix that?

Go on singleplayer and check if a survivor is uploaded on the singleplayer save.

validate your files. right click ark in library> properties> local files> verify integrity of game files

i did do this, theres no survivor uploaded anywhere.

hmm. drops, obelisks and transmitters all interact with server save files. Have you ever uploaded (dinos, items, characters) to them?
I've only had this problem temporarily and I got a crash log out of it. So it's kinda difficult to tell you exactly whats is going wrong.

Does it also crash on other servers, or in SP?

The server I play on has transfers disabled. It crashes in SP and on other servers too
