No high level dinos on scorched earth

Me and my friend are playing on a private server I hosted using ARK Server Manager. We have been playing for like a week now and neither me or him have spotted a single dino that's level over 30, every dino seems to be below it. I checked the settings on the manager and they appear to be fine, here is the sc: https://prnt.sc/h658s7 . When we played on the centre or ragnarok map, dino levels seemed to be fine, mostly high levels mixed with low level ones but scorched earth has absolutely no high level dinos. If anyone knows why this is, help would be appreaciated.

try enabling the difficulty override?

Also try doing a killallwilddinos command. fly around the map for about 10 minutes. Then use the S+ tek transmitter (just spawn it in)

cheat GiveItem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/StructuresPlusMod/Misc/Transmitter/PrimalItemStructure_TransmitterPlus.PrimalItemStructure_TransmitterPlus'" 1 1 0

You don't need to know the tek engram in order to use its scanning function. Hold E, pick dino scan. Then check the dino's. The highest levels will be listed first when you click a dino name.

You could also spawn it in now just to double check the levels of stuff that's currently spawned.

Official servers use difficulty offset of 5, and you have 1.. that's the problem

So when the difficulty override is not enabled, isint the default setting of difficulty 1 and max level of 120?

If so, then why on ragnarok and the centre the levels were normal?

yes the default difficulty is 1. which produces 120's on the island and scorched earth.

it makes 150's on the center and raganarok.

I'd use the S+ transmitter to double check your map. Make sure you guys aren't just unlucky and not seeing the high lvls. lol

Just made myself an admin, gonna check with the s+ transmitter

Enabling difficulty override fixed, already seeing levels like 76 and etc. thanks for the help
