Taming speed and effectiveness question
If I play single player and jack up the tame speed a little bit, will it have an effect on the max level of the tame?

I know that speeding it up reduces the number of times the tame will eat, so does that have any associated effect on the effectiveness? I was trying to get everything as close to official server settings but ONLY make it a bit faster to tame. Any specific server settings I should change to achieve that result? (aka I am trying to avoid getting higher level tames than I could possibly get on an official server)

less eats will make for less of a chance for taming effectiveness to drop which will greatly improve tame level. It won't however increase it beyond what the 'best' possible tame level would be, it will simply not drop the potential level as much. kibble tames will be affected the least, as they usually get a high effectiveness regardless. jmlao.

Ya.. the example I was using is that an Anky at 150 will tame up to 224 with kibble. With crops it will be 191 at the standard X1 tame speed.

If you increase tame speed to X4, the crops will give you a lvl 221 tame. That is a whopping 30 levels. Is there any way to keep the tame speed up but make sure the tames come out the same levels as if you were on a x1 server setting?
