Ark: Halloween event.

This Halloween sees the arrival of a new event, which I no my opinion is LAZY, Lacking any thought and creativity, "what shall we do this Halloween" I knew make cave spawns spawn all over the map in excessive amounts, make days shorter nights longer and it colder, oh and as an added surprise make all skins available through drops.... so here's my issue, 1: Nothing new, no creativity at first our whole server thought you had some messed up cave spawn bug, 2: last years ideas "that didn't happen" were amazing and were though to of been brought back this year, 3: last years event was actually half decent anyway, 4: these random cave spawns have killed 5 of our passive tames inside our base before we even knew it wasn't a bug "including quetzals with ascendant saddles" I'm just dissapointed in general at your lack of creativity here....give us werewolfs, maybe a temporary mini boss like Frankenstein or Dracula not just increase bs spawns on to the top of the map and play around with day night settings, Wildcard... you are officially getting lazy. Sack your creativity team and hire some new guys.

If they wanted to make a fleshed out Halloween event, they would’ve had to delay Aberration further. You should be happy they set time aside to make a Halloween event this year at all. They easily could’ve skipped it. (And until very recently it looked like that was the case)

I would of preferred them to skip it, 90% of my tribe including myself aren't players by ark for the next two days until the ♥♥♥♥ is over

You should be happy that they didn’t flesh out the event then. Normally there is a boss that spawns, the dodorex, and if it found you not only your tames but your entire base would probably have been wiped. Cave creatures are the least of your worries in a normal Halloween event.

Not at all, I've done all of the previous events and the dododex is to be summoned... and dude I have over 3,500 hours in ark.. this is the first time I have ever complained about anything. Either do an event and do it properly or don't do the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at all.

I agree with you!!! Fear evolved season 1 was the best. Last years was weak and this year is almost absent. Fear evolved is the only reason I reinstalled the game. Time to remove from library until october 2018.

2. Next people complained it wouldnt have anything new or different from last year They also complained it is too short(though its basically its about the same as last year's time length and many events outside of xmas lengthwise too.

I agree, this Halloween Event sucks ass. Previous Halloween events were awesome compared to this. Very dissapointed. Was looking forward to hoarding zombie wyverns.. they could of at least made the drops candy corn shaped like last year.

There are a few ways to get the event in a different form. You can get the mod mad The Volcano. The map maper a -week- ago enabled their customized Halloween even(and it looks really nice btw). He updated it today too to include more I believe(ie things from the WC event.

Volcano map's event has graveyards with mist at night and zombie jerboa mobs, massive pumpkin beacon drops with skins element(like 1-2) or blackpearls and other things. Massive cobwebs drapped across cliffs mountains and hills and more of course.

Its also a nice map too btw if you've never played it.

Because it feels incredibly lazily done? It feels like they clobbed something up together, and its natural to expect something similar to the 2 last Halloween events, this one felt like the Fyre festival in comparison, i wonder what Ja Rule would think of this.
