I am debating making a 500% damage Sword

It costs 3.9k metal and for lols I wanted to make it, I live next to the icebergs with penguins and I am wonderign if I should go through with it instead of using the metal for something like a industrial furnace. (note that the sword is the same efficiency as the wooden club in getting organic pollymer according to the wiki)

Dont do it. Just use the metal for the industrial forge. With that you can craft metal lingots mutch faster and craft the Sword.

When you say instead of.... do you have an industrial furnace already? Coz if you dont, you are gonna want one to churn out the ingots to repair that thing. Every swing is probably gonna cost a couple of ingots in repairs lol

I found a 517% sword. It's awesome. I call it the God sword. One swing kills Lvl 80 carnos. It's really good for caves. I use it with my 18000 dura metal shield my wife found and I use the 570% compound bow I found.

Repairing the sword sucks but mine has around 600 durability and I also have a 460% sword as a back up.

Be careful to keep an eye on what it needs to repair you may not be able to fit it in the smithy. The wife's 450% sword blueprint doesn't fit in the smithy, pretty sure it's because of the high durability it has that it needs more mats to make.

Make the forge first then the sword. Farming for that much metal without the industrial forge isn't fun

Build more furnaces they are dirt cheam to make, ive seen some guys with like 10-15 of them.

What makes it worse is that it takes so long with only 2 primitive forges that you forget your trying to make an industrial one and you use the metal.

I do have metal harvest at 4x on my server but resources take 100x longer to come back. I'm pretty sure I cleared a hole mountain top on the island before I finally made the industrial forge.

I really want an industrial smithy so I can craft my blueprints. I got 1 and a half vaults full of bps I can't craft.

you know that beavers and thorny dragons are smithies too, right? they are very useful to craft the better recipes, because they have 300 slots like any creature.

Yeah gonna put one in my armoury room but gotta find a good one. But it's still abit of a silly fix. The one beaver saddle blueprinti got I cant craft
