Low quality / Blurry textures?

My textures are very blurry and ugly and its starting to be unplayable and very noticeable

Sometimes when i'm paused it flickers from good quality to bad quality

Launch codes (One of the codes might be the problem) :

-USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -d3d10 -nomansky -lowmemory -novsync

Looks like your card is struggling.

Even with using those line commands, you still have many of your settings set for a high end card.

What is your rig?

i beleve that was a fix for the menu lag they had awhile back and it just lower the textures so it dont lag

i only have the low quality texture problem when i host a none dedicated server but other that it loads up just fine in sp

Is that why my game looks like I am running it on a potato (for a second or two) after I have been looking in my refrigerators for a while?

I would remove the launch options that you have, you don't really need it with what you are runing.
If you haven't done that yet, start the game using the second last option "Reset Game resolution" and than readjust your settings to where you had them before. I did it on mine and it made all the difference in the world.

You can also uncheck Light bloom and light shafts (unless you like that).

Did you try starting your game using this second last option in your start choices "Reset Game resolution" ?
