Oil Pump issue

Been messing about with Oil Pumps on Ragnarok on my private server, and have noticed that the output plummets when nobody is logged on, tested it last night, emptied the pumps before we logged off, and checked this morning and was averaging 1 unit of oil every 78 seconds.

I've been in game just over an hour this morning and it's up at 1 unit per 20 seconds.

Is this correct? bit of a pain since there's only 2 of us on the server, I know we can use oil rocks and that's what we were doing until I unlocked the oil pump.

Yes, if no one is playing it goes into stasis.

If oil is a big concern for you(and on rag for the tons of oil rigging locations plus oil nodes including the beached whales) I can only suggest increased harvest rates to compensate or using a mod that lets you get oil in otherways.

We're not short of oil, just was wondering if things were working as intended, we've got an ice cave fairly close so can always nip up there if needed.
