There are a few ways to find cactus sap on Ragnarok. There are currently small green plants that crop up that look like a yucca with a spike upright in its center with I think a red oblong bulb at the end. These will give you cactus cap. They are clustered in small groups and I think I seen most of them in the canyon areas. Also, the Admin can turn off the barrier to the SE area and you can fly through that barrier to a patch of cactus and trees. There you can get cactus sap and sulfur.
