I know it's been a couple years since this posted, but for anybody seeing this just now like me, I'd like to point out that this command is map specific. I believe even the rain command changes from SE to Ragnarok and the center and I don't believe the island even has a command for it. And there's the obvious no sandstorms in Aberration. I don't know the commands offhand, that's why I looked these commands up again, but that's a detail I remember vividly.
