Lost Skins and Explorer Notes

Within the last ~30 minutes, I stopped spawning with any skins except the Scorched Earth ones. I've collected every explorer note which is numerous hours of effort. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a fix? Joined a new server today and noticed it happen after a number of deaths.

I should mention, I don't have any skins except for these in my single player world either.

I lost all my explorer notes all of a sudden.. haven't even read them yet.. fark

Well you can read the explorer notes on the wiki! And yes they are a pain in the ass to get even when you cheat

I'll go ahead and mention, this was two years ago. I never figured out how to restore them easily. I think there's a mod called something like EasyAce to unlock all skins, but it won't restore just the ones you worked for.

I also lost my maps as well as the explorer notes
