Equus Saddle no longer Mortar?

So I'm wondering- are the Equus saddles no longer used as mobile Mortar and Pestle? I remember running around collecting berries and using my Equus to make narcotics on the go but for some reason the saddles don't appear to be able to do this anymore. Is this a glitch or have they removed the feature? Is there a way I can fix this? I'm running Ragnarok if that has anything to do with it? Any help appreciated thanks!

It's a glitch with the Equus itself, from my experience a quick transfer into an obelisk and back out will temporary fix the crafting feature. I know that it is annoying but it's the only way I've found to fix the problem

I seem to see if I tame/breed a new Equus and put a saddle on then it will work for a short time, but then break again shortly after when I log back in. This is a little annoying lol but I'm wondering is it a mod? or is the Equus broken everywhere else?

Try to take the saddle on and off again, it might just be a weird glitch.

I have... ANd I've even tried making new saddles. After a short time the new Equus drops the mortar ability all together and switching saddles doesnt help

I had the Same problem i fixed it by Putting the equus in a cryo pod then bringing it back out

i found out that if you have the dino storage v2 mod you can you a soul ball on it and then it will fix the problem idk about a normal cryopod

Dino storage and cryopods came out in 2018, the OP's problem happened in 2017, it did not exist.......
