End Game?

So does this game have a end?

Long time ago I asked here in the forums and someone told me that some kind of story would be implemented alond the road.

Will I always be taming dinos and building structures, or will I at some point reach the end? Is there any explanation on why I am on that planet, or where is that planet?

I play alone, so I really want to know if the game will reward my effor, and by that I mean conquer something beside endless taming, raids and construction.

First You have to defeat the 3 bosses then you have to finish the tek cave in the end of the tek cave there is a teleporter after that there is some spoiler stuff then there şs the Endboss. So yeah the game does have end

Is it possible to end it playing alone? Is it possible to defeat all those bosses and pass through all those caves alone?

There's been story since the start of the game. It's all told in explorer's notes.

It's possible, but won't be easy

So it's a multiplayer experience.

I played at start and there was no story that I could find.

I take from your words nothing changed story-wise, can anyone confirm that?

Not really. You can still get the experience by yourself.
At the beginning there was no story, but there is now. You just need to look at the explorer notes and see the end game

Can anyone point me a to a video showing the part where story take place?

All videos I find on youtube show only the survival part and nothing about a story.

There is no real "story" with npc's, missions, quests etc - The entire story is told through explorer notes which you find on the island and scorched earth maps. Other maps may have them as well but they are guaranteed split between the island and scorched earth.

As heroic said, google ark ascension ending. It reveals alot . Its not just the explorer notes.
