It might seem obvious to those that frequently spawn dinos, but here's the new otters spawn command

cheat gmsummon "Otter_Character_BP_C" 150 (to spawn a tamed one)


cheat spawndino "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Otter/Otter_Character_BP.Otter_Character_BP'" 0 0 0 150 (to spawn a wild one)
