Iceworm Queen

So,I am wanting to challenge this boss;what kind of things should I have before I try this. I am lvl 87 and I am on singleplayer.

I have never seen her spawn. Was the spawn fixed?

No,I have not fought the other bosses because I don't know where all the relics I need are. The wiki is VERY incomplete for the Ragnarok map,but I read somewhere that a relic was in the dungeon with the Iceworm queen.

You do not need to beat the Lava Elemental or the Iceworm Queen to get the Artifacts. They just drop loot. List of Artifacts:

Essentially...you do. You can't get to the artifact without killing the boss. Especially the ice worm queen, not so sure about the lava elemental.

Edit: unless you can manage to run right past the queen, but good luck.

You seem to can, the queen seems to despawn after some minutes not fighting:
