So I was curious how people are getting so many of the sketetal dino skins outside of the event, does anyone know how they exactly did this? Specifically the Bone wyvern skin.

If I'm not mistaken.... skins are attached to acheavments and are given to the player on spawn.

Correct. You can go into single player and get them easy.
