Missing ground and water textures!

If I were to guess, its been about 10 patches since all I've seen is missing textures, and it never gets better, only worse with every patch. First my ground was missing in Ragnarok in random places, I don't see any snow. Now, I am missing ocean water textures on both Raganrok and the Island. I see the textures just fine on SE and on the Center. I also see all textures on the Island including the river and lakes, but any ocean water is grey and I cant see through it. I have adjusted my graphics in every possible way I can think of, gone from low, to epic, have verified my files, reinstalled ark, twice. I cross my fingers with every patch that there will be a fix, but nope.... Its also not my computer, because it worked perfectly fine up until they added in Raganrok.

Getting a little tired of waiting for a fix to this. I have not seen ocean water texture since the beginning of June! I also know I'm not the only one that this happens to, I've seen multiple
threads about it with zero fixes.

Have you tried validating files it may have missed a file or currupt 1

i hate to say it but it will take some time about 3% of steam users are on macs so they will allways have to wait longer

Mac users have been complaining about the texture issues for a couple of weeks. They were posting similar screenshots with grey water. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do.

This may be true, however, we paid the same price as everyone else to use this game, if they didnt want to fix issues to all of their users, then they shouldn't of had other formats other then PC. It makes me super angry that they never test this on everything before putting out a patch.

On ragnarok I actually lag really bad when I go to my base that has water in it, its like my game keeps trying to rez in the water, its go blurry grey, to grey and black blotches over and over.

Im pretty sure they just don't care. They get more money from PC users then linux, or mac, so why would they?

Everyone, please submit a bug report. WildCard has decided *not* to use a real bug tracking system, so we're stuck with their silly google-docs form. If you used their old bug reporting system on their website, you undoubtedly realized that it is nothing more than a complaint desk where you are politely ignored, told to watch the patch notes, and had the ticket closed. This is *not* the same system.

If these bugs annoy you, submit a report about them.
Please be detailed and *BE POLITE*. We want the bugs fixed, they are humans, after all.

I"m having this problem and in some spots if the ground doesn't load I crash to the desktop

Im not on a Mac and im having the same issue on Ragnarok, havent tested it on any other maps. Bout to log on to see if its any better
