Anyone seen Thyla on Ragnarok?

Despite spawns showing up on the East side of the map, I have never seen one.
The spawn map shows spawns in the desert region which is inaccessible on multiplayer.
This seems rather strange since there are no redwoods there.

They should also spawn in the Redwoods but i haven´t found one yet.
Can they be spotted when they hang in the trees waiting?

Apparently they can, I have seen one on Shigo Islands map waiting in the trees. The Wiki also says they can be seen if you're looking for them.

Just fly low in redwood and they find you lol ( yes they can be spotted usually in middel of a big redwood)

Do they hide at the top of the tree? Or near the floor?
Also, do they attack you on a flyer and can they stun a flyer? I had the time of my life when i first "met" with a Purlovia on my Quetz, didn´t even know they spawn on Blizzard Peak although i flew there every 30min for the treasure chest, they seem to stay burried 90% of their life.

i have seen them on the ground mostly at the frozen lake.

If your server runs with the Development Zones open, you should find plenty in the Desert.

They're middle low on the trees and yes they can grab you off fliers. Main soawn is redwoods right now and yes I've seen a bunch of em.
