I'm not sure if I got that quote right, but when you paint it says something along those lines. What does this mean? Can I paint my own drawings on there kind of like the flags? If so, how do I do it?

I was having this same problem. I could only paint one side of my dino! I wish someone could explain how to fix or do this to me.

i found out that you can hold shift+ctrl+LMB to move your preview.

What you have to do is drag the dye onto the paintbrush. Then you will be able to start drawing your tattoo onto the character.
