Where spawn megalania on the center map ?

Ok they are removed dragon from the center, but how i can join in the arena if the boss need megalania toxin wich is't present on the map. I traied go on the ragnarok farm this toxin but is't possible transvare it on the center. Enigma now !!!!

Megalania spawn in a cave far south, hidden behind a waterfall in the redwoods. Location is 90 long 65 lat. It's an awesome place to build a base around as well.
