You will have to go in and change them all yourself manually in the game.ini by replacing the mammals you don't want with dinos.

This is one example, replacing the paracer with a trike:

NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="Paracer_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="Trike_Character_BP_C")

Just do that with every other mammal and you will have your wish.

Why, you know that non dinosaur creatures take up a great deal of creatures. That would also mean no Flying creatures as none of them are dinosaurs. The only water creatures you'd have are Spinosaurus and Baryonyx. as none of the fully aquatic creatures are dinosaurs. You cant exactly make a Jurassic park you know. no where in the game is that large or flat enough. best just to make do with what you got and spawn in what you want

Funny how you say "educate urself" yet your English is horrible. Ironic.

Pteradons are flying reptiles, Argents are flying birds. dinosaurs can't fly.

Nope, you should educate yourself more. Neither were mammals. The Pteranodon was a reptile that layed soft eggs and was was not a dinosaur. the Argentavis was a bird, not a dinosaur also.

Perhaps it would have been better to ask for only Permian/Mesozoic animals. Using the word "dinos" in the sense that the OP used is normal shorthand for at least most Mesozoic animals whether they are part of dinosauria or not. Pterosaurs, while not stricly speaking part of dinosauria, are so closely related that they can be put into one big family with dinosauria, avemetatarsalia. The terror birds in this game also look more like Mesozoic dinosaurs that any theropod seen in Jurassic park except T-rex, and while argentavis are out of scale, in looks they could easily fit into the mesozoic. Most of the sea life in this game existed in the Mesozoic so the seas and rivers would not be empty.

Why is there a debate here about birds not being dinosaurs?
Birds/aves
maniraptora
coelurosauria
tetanura
neo-theropoda
theropoda
saurischia
dinosauria

Birds could not be more dinosaurian if they tried. Birds are dinosaurs and it is an established scientific fact that is undisputed, except by a few noisy religeous cranks like Ken Ham.

Actually The T Rex is a modern day Chicken, the greatest predator of the dino age turns out to be the most eaten thing on planet earth once humans settle in. sad really. Evolution is funny sometimes.
