Error Error Error

So up until yesterday game worked fine then early this morning game kept crashing over and over. Ran Integrity check everything was fine, now when i load game i keep getting this error over and over and main screen

been trying for over 4 hours to fix this multiple thread checks, do this to fix it, didnt work. diff thread do this to fix it, didnt work.. How in the hell do i fix this error,

Win 10
64 Gig Ram
Dual 960 in SLI
i7

i get 1 or the other every freaking time, So many hours in this game with relatively no issues and now i cant even use the damn thing

Do u use any mods? this smells like a mod issue , try unsubscribe and removing all folders in the mods folder
