so there's the point: every server i'm going no matter what i choose after some time a player called "123" joined my session... this is so weird... is possible to being followed? or am i only exasperating the things? i don't want hackers and ♥♥♥♥ like that

People use the 123 so that they don't get targeted via ppl knowing their steam name. You see a ton of them in pvp.

Your not being hacked , people use the 123 to avoid being tracked thanks to trolls that abuse the server tracking system hunting people down for whatever reason when they leave servers .

WRONG , its wildcards tracking system is the reason for the 123 , it used to be having the # in front of name prevented the tracking . the tracking system only promotes harrassment.

Its a pvp tactic people use so when they switch server other people will have harder time following cause tons of people have the same name.

That is one reason , Another reason is some people like tracking people and griefing the heck out of them for their own trolly reason

If say an alpha tribe wants to make your life hell. They can use other sights (I forget which, but you can pry google it) to see when you log into servers and which servers. So then they can transfer to that server and hunt you down. I suppose if they wanted to try and brute force your account and stuff they could also try and hack into your steam account. So by taking 123 as your name then the player blends in with the 100's of other ppl that have taken the same name so it makes it way harder to keep tabs on you.
