^ this..
I bet it wasn´t intended being used underwater
- Allowed Ankylo to attack with it's tail while in a floating state
^I think this also means while being carried by a quetz

Personally I do agree with Slycalkat; its not a true bug if you cannot harvest underwater with a land dino. I mean they have added dinos to do those specific things to the water. Dunks are quite cool honestly and they should get more love truely!
(And there are no dunkles where I am, nor can I ever get one there)
- Above-ground oil rocks harvest-health reduced by 50%, and underwater oil nodes harvest-health increased by 33%
^I think this means that you'll get more oil from underwater oil nodes
Then the dunk will be superior as underwater oil harvester compared to the anky as they nerfed the oxygen/speed a couple of patches ago.
Who even needs oil nowadays? My 2 dung beetles produce more than enough for 2 bases.
On a serious note, if you have an oil pump on SE (and Ragnarok I think), you'd be swimming in it anyway, so I guess these changes are for people who still prefer farming the oil?
because its a land dino?
No, it means you're not going to be scuba diving with a dino that doesn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ swim. If anything, it makes complete sense to have to get a higher tier dino to do higher tier mining
I see, that truly is a problem. On Ragnarok Dung Beetles are way more common (they run freely on the burned land part between mantis etc) then on the island where they are just in caves so maybe i´m a little bit spoiled :)
Oh right, I forgot I'm on Steam.
Thank you for this very useful response!
