Yeah annoying too as I like to drop torches when I am prime taming at night so I can find the tame in the dark easily. Now I have to use campfires.
That is pretty fricken stupid... But good info for future reference.
Acutally I end up with so much flint and stone by farming for metal that I just keep a stack of sparkpowder with me all the time. But yeah, annoying cause I have to remember to make it.
