Why is it so difficult to get wood in a forest full of MASSIVE trees?
Anywhere else I can walk 20 feet and trip over 20-30 trees that will respawn by the time I drop the wood off, but in the redwood forest I have to walk half a mile between saplings to get 2 trees worth of wood each?

I feel like I am dying of thirst while swimming in a river.

Those young redwood trees give more wood than the trees on the mainland do.

True, but compare the density of the trees in the Redwoods to that on a random beach. Plus Redwoods are much more dangerous than a forest in South 1.

redwoods are fine except for their permanent electro magnets.

the fact that if you touch a non harvestable redwood your stuck is rediculus
and has been ongoing since redwoods were introduced to the game what
six and a half years ago? get on a fix for this game breaker kthx?

now apart from redwoods ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ players, it is still wise to go into
the redwood forrest. it doesn't just ♥♥♥♥ players, it ♥♥♥♥♥ dinos.

so wander through the redwood forrest at lvl 25 and make sure to
brind at least 15-20 spears (you cant build a pike yet) and kill a few
dozen trex and allosaurs by stabbing them in the ass.

they cant run. they are stuck to trees.

think like our caveman ancestors did 3 or 4 thousand years ago (lol)
when they had to deal with dinosaurs... what did they do?

fossilizeed evidence suggests that they would search through the
redwoods (on the west coast, none on east coast USA) and cut off
the parts of the dinosaur that were sticking out of the trees....

easy food right? ultimately redwood caputure caused the extinction
of the dinosaurs about 2-3 hundred years before christ... its why there
are no dinosairs mentioned in the bible. primitive americans had already
defeated them.
