In this case the question is if they have the exact stats but the Ramshackle one costs more to make how is this better?
Answer is: It's not. It's actually worse.
OK its random and usually it blows.
Apparently people cannot read... You said "They had the same stats" Meaning no the ramshackle didn't have higher armor. And no there is nothing special about the color, it comes down to what the stats say is what you get, however in most cases the rarer ones should have higher stats.
One thing I'd like to ask, was the durability the exact same + the armor?... because even though durability is useless on saddles (Currently) it does count towards them rolling primitive or ramshackle ect...
It's often you can get more armor out of a lower "Quality" recipe, because the other one has way more durability.
And thus you should always go with the one with more armor regardless of "Quality"... Because currently durability on saddles is useless.
Yeah, both stats were the same. Armor was 39.1, and the durability was 54.7. I'm still holding onto the blueprint for now.
