How do you record an Ark Cinematic?

As i cold not find any past posts on steam or Reddit, or any videos on YouTube, I decided to ask here myself.

It's kind of hard to explain, but I was wondering how you can record like a third person view of yourself, with your arms hidden. Not like just with the K or backspace button, but put down some sort of camera that can record you for example on a mount walking up a hill.

I don't know if you just need a friend to do the actions for you, and you record it yourself. If this is the case I wonder if there is a command to completely hide your hands. I know walking around with the backspace button helps, but I want the hand completely dissappeared.
