how impatient some people can some people be? it's only 16 hours ago since you purchased the server? fine! do you know if they need to setup special hardware, a new ip, a new contract, somebody needs to check if the money was received, workers need to put the server back in the serverrig and connect it first or something similar? NO YOU DONT! you ordered something and it will probably be ready within the first 24 hours. how about actually waiting and not complaing on a forum that isn't even related to nitrado at all?

how do you know that if your server isnt even ready yet? is it only "no good" because you need to wait a few hours before something is ready because multiple steps need to be taken first? you'll enjoy doing some more online shopping when you grow up. this may take even longer than 16 hours

Nitrado should not advertise with immediate setup if it takes + 12 or more hours, they set wrong expectations, hence people get impatient,

you do realise that you can just be one of the few exceptions that happen nearly daily everywhere, right? maybe the server that was automatically assigned to you by the system has some error and needs to get fixed first or maybe you just need to login to complete the installation and you haven't checked your spamfolder for further steps yet and rather complain? who knows..

It generally takes five minutes or less.
OP, use Host Havoc. I rarely have issues and when I do they answer tickets very quickly and solve problems just as quickly. Cheap too. Server is ready within five minutes or less or purchase.

I tried Serverblend, they're the cheapest but I had problems with a lot of random reboots and the servers going offline for days at a time. Now I use Host Havoc and they've been heaven to work with. They got my cluster server (3 servers) set up in under and hour.
