Dung Beetle Breeding?

Wiki says they can't breed, then further down in the notes says they do but it's not like other dinos, and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ have no gender. Someone explain this ♥♥♥♥ to a cis white male.

alot of dinos are gonna get rebuilt/remade later in development may be that the dossier is accurate and the beetle will get rebuilt i think i heard insects may get breeding after the aquatic and amphibians get it but i am not sure of that
