Ark The Island dragon tribute not working? HELP

Wanted to get the dragon achievement on ark but for some unknown reason it won't let me make the portal? I am level 100 with all of the required items I just don't understand why it's not working.

I am having the exact same issue. I am able to access both the other 2 boss portals but the icon for the Dragon portal stays red even though every required ingredient is green on the list and I am level 100. I am experiencing this problem on PS4 though.

Just an FYI to those who search this - the list of items for the dragon is longer than the boxes size... You also need Artifact of the Cunning and Artifact of the Brute (the artifacts from the 2 new water caverns recently added)
