It's a long load time.
Relax. Based on what I've read WorldEnd used to take 4-5 minutes (in some cases 15 minutes) to load. They're working on it.
You want it to load faster? Get a better computer. It's that simple.
In truth, there is no "single player" game with just shootergame.exe. It is actually a server (your computer) with one local player.
Your computer is loading a server in it's ram, then loading all the local game files -- in it's ram, then loading the entire map and its trees, rocks, and dinos -- again, in it's ram. Then, and only then does the game start. This is why loading times for joining a REMOTE multiplayer server are so much faster... you are using someone else's computer on the net for half the load.
Seriously, if you HAVE to have a faster load, get a better computer. Make sure it has a big, a really big SSD. Load the game on that SSD.
Or, do what everybody else does.... launch the game and go make a sandwich. (you will learn, very quickly, to make absolutely certain that your are (1) not airborne, and (2) in someplace safe when you log off.)
