I thought I heard of a command that turn off (or greatly reduced) the clipping check when building structures. I can't seem to find it again. Does such a command exist? I'd like to remove risky building mods if I only want vanilla building structures.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but it was introduced in patch 259;

- New Host Option: Disable Structure Placement Collision! Unofficial Servers and single-players can enable this feature to allow them to place structures that clip into terrain. Add bDisableStructurePlacementCollision=true to your Game.ini for server use.

I notice a 'b' in front of that command. I assume it's necessary....that makes me think. Does the '?'infront of the disable respawn animation command also required? I never added it to my command and I still have the animation.

when adding the disable respawn script, drop the "?" (unless you're adding it to your commandline options) you add this to your GameUserSetttings.ini under Server Settings like this;

PreventSpawnAnimations=true
Oh by the way, if your Game.ini file is blank, you will need to add the proper header;

does bDisableStructurePlacementCollision=true have to be under the S+ tab, or is it a completely different tab?

S+ removed the option when it was added to the base game.

The structure collision check option is the best thing Studio Wildcard has added to the game <3
