Baby Wyvern Flying, Wont Come Down
Soo, got attacked by something at my base, and the baby wyvern took off, and ended up falling in water, so now he's flying high up, and can't get him to come down.
Any advice?

Can you fly up to it and whistle follow?

Tried that. It just keeps going up higher.

Daymn, not sure what you can do. I know that with some of the Mods (Bird related) I use, sometimes the Bird gets bugged and if I whistle stop 4 or 5 times in a row, it will "reset" the AI maybe try that. Failing that, try a server reset might fix it to, just don't forget to do a "saveworld" before your reset.

touch it with a foundation on a platform saddle or stack pillars up to it, so it gets grounded again

1) put the baby in an empty group order.
2) make this group order active.
3) whistle "go to".
4) change back the group order to default.

That may not land the baby, but at least you can put it in a safe spot.

Tranq him till he falls out of the sky... babysit him till he wakes up.
I dont know if it still works but you used to be able to whistle "follow me" while looking through a spy glass your your dino and it would come from a great distance.
I used to have to do this all the time when my Petra's would get attacked.

It's probably not in the air as far as the server is concerned. I'm willing to bet that it's just your client seeing it in the air. Leave the area (ie: leave render distance) or log out and back in. The baby should be back on the ground near land near where it hit the water.

In the future, make sure the first two things you do after hatch/birth are to disable wandering and set to passive. Baby flyers can be a pain in the rear once they get off the ground.
