strangely my dinos or the dungbeetle so far has not catchd it even if they are in the same building. the issue they magically got infected through walls which sucks, whats the point of trying to build alls for safety -.-
They could be following similar contagion factors as swamp fever where it now only affects dodos and humans ? As for curing them try lesser antidote .
thats a lot effort for some dodo's to mae such amounts of antidte, especially when such occurance cna happen again just because. And why would they make dodo's be affected by it? But generally, aside form antidote I have no other options to heal them? Guess then I emergency breed eggs and kill all off -.- really sad.
antidote isnt that bad to make if you have access a rex or giga as the hardest part of the whole recipe for it is rhino horns iirc . As for why ? its wildcard they wanted to introduce biowarfare into the game.
it's less about the "hard" but more abut the "time" it still takes quite some time to go farm those rhino horns. Especially if you don't exactly live next to them.
