Why are no Coel (or Sabertooth Salmon) spawning on the Center?

Been looking around for an hour or two, and have yet to find more than one or two Coel in the same spot. There are no Coel spawning in Castoroides ponds, and when I check in the ocean there is maybe 1 Coel per 200 meters. Is there a reason why so few are spawning? I've been investigating this issue and have yet to find anyone having problems with no fish, only with too many of them. For the record, I have the dino count on 1.5x and dinos are actually spawning.

I can find tons of Megalodons, Megapiranha and Leedsichthys, but no Coel. And I've never seen a Sabertooth Salmon on this map.

Are you talking about singleplayer mode? If so, that shouldn't be the case unless you have specifically removed animals.

Things like this can happen sometimes, and it might be worth trying a dino-wipe if it is your server or a singleplayer game.

Singleplayer sometimes, yes, but mostly on non-dedicated with a friend. The problem still persists even after destroywilddinos.

Typically I find the most Coel and Salmon on the two rivers between North, Middle, and South Jungle zones. I'm not sure if you've spent a lot of time checking there, but if the dino-wipe doesn't fix it, I'm not sure I have anything else of value to suggest.
