We, according to the game (likely due to the update) they should be in the game now, but they are not in the spots where the Wiki says they are... so the search continues I guess

There are 3 explorer notes found in the chamber just before the final boss, Helenas is to the left of the entrance to the boss room itself while the other 2 notes are found near information terminals. They are hard to see and i got Rockwell's by accident investigating the human records terminal, bring a torch to help you see them.
