already got all the SE explorer notes but didn't unlock any achievment so i think it has to be on the island

Wiki says there isn't a helena note 30. It only goes to 29.

Yes. They moved the originals back. But apparently Rockwell 29 and Helena 30 were recently added to the game, but no one found them, because the Dev Kit where people usually go to find these things wasnt updated yet. I am positive that those two notes should show up within the next couple of days for someone to link the teleport position. (y)
