Raft Extensions Nerfed?

Hey guys so I have been trying to build on a motorboat and I know it has a larger structure limit but I can't seem to extend the foundations to increast the boats length beyond 1 extra foundation.

To be more specific I built 3x3 with sunken foundations. Then extending out one to the front and one to the back. When I try to extend again to the front or back it will let me but then I can't build a wall because I don't have foundation support.

I've tried ceiling then foundation under AND pilar, 2 ceilings, then foundation but the raft just will not let me extend or place a wall. 3x5 the largest you can build a raft now?

The were nerfed. You can't build massive bases on little rafts anymore. Best I've done is 5x5 on a raft.

Just played a little bit. I built a 6x5 raft and ran out of foundations. So it does not look like it was nerfed any.

Looks like I can still go 6x7. I had made a few more foundations.

Never tried it, so can't say. I've always built over my docks.

Just build a dock with ceilings and pillars and then you can just park the side you want to build on over it and the foundations will snap in place.

Yes, but I have no black pearls. And it is still a raft, so it most likely follows the same rules. But it's possible that it's different.

I just sent this message to the ARK support, you all should do something similar:

My ARK friends and me have set up a server to allow a "Water World" gameplay. The game would be based on a water world, where every tribe lives on huge rafts and even does (through mod items) gain important key resources on those tribal base rafts or farm rafts.

But you people decioded to remove the ability to extend the foundations on rafts. And that destroys our gameplay (remember we paid for the game) and renders our financial investment for the new server as wasted.

My ARK friends and me think, if you could offer an INI option for admins to re-establish the raft extension ability, we all would be happy. After all, we want to enjoy the possibilities ARK could give to us.

Please add, as soon as anyhow possible, an INI option.
Allow us to continue playing and enjoying ARK in our way.
