Tek Tier Engram Unlock Commands - complete including Aberration

This is a complete and tested working list off all the vanilla Tek Tier engrams upto and including the latest patch including Aberration items

I have tested this list on both pc and xbox and works fine, just copy and paste the hole text.

There may be a few moments of lag due to being such a large list
