No Engram | Tek Tapejara Saddle

i cant find this engram i have mods to auto unlock tek stuff and this isnt there

no the mods not updated i also cant find the engram for the original engram my game is updated to the latest patch and i can spawn in the saddle with the command i also cant find it with the giveengrams command and its not in the tek replicator

cheat unlockengram "Blueprint'/Game/PrimalEarth/CoreBlueprints/Items/Armor/Saddles/PrimalItemArmor_Tapejara_Tek.PrimalItemArmor_Tapejara_Tek'"
unlocks the tekgram. IT's right below the spawn command

it dosent do anything there is no engram or tekgram for it at all on my game and im on 259.35 and it dosent show it as unlocked on the top of the screen and its not in the engram page for me at all
