What animal is yelling at night?

Does it kinda sound like someone yelling as they fall of a cliff and get more and more distant, cause if so, I've heard it too, and it is probably just a really messed up ambient noise.

Yeah that was my jerboa. We were cuddling a little to hard and certain things slipped into certain things and it was a shock for both parties. Lol besides it's jungle noises man who cares. You ever spent time in a forest or jungle at night? Its play time for the critters. Couldn't tell you off hand what exactly it is but it's probably the noise of monkeys in heat or some bird's or what not. Humans have bass cannons and loud shinny cars to attract ladies animals scream and dance. Except it and embrace it

I finally heard the redwoods scream this weekend.... and yea I am pretty positive the devs added a human woman being eaten in the ambient sounds. It's not commonly played, maybe every 10min? Someone told me they heard a male voice similar in the snow biome.
