if you manage to get it to run, you won't be able to play any higher than low settings, because the integrated video card shares the system ram.
Either way, I have mine set at medium/high with a couple like tile buffer, post processing, and view distance set at epic. I also turned off the Low Quality Level Streaming and got a 25fps boost from that. I have a radeon r9 270x, and only a dual core 3.9 with 8gb ram.
I get 30 to 60 fps depending on where I am.
8Gb is barely adequate but with reported memory leaks .....
